Terms of Service

Clipping Hunter is the media monitoring service operated by JETCompany OÜ, previously presented as JET PR Hub. These terms cover both names and the same platform.

1Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Clipping Hunter (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and JETCompany OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17127779 ("Company").

2Description of the service

Clipping Hunter is a software-as-a-service platform for press relations management. The Service provides tools for media monitoring, contact management, press release distribution and reporting. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable prior notice.

3Free trial

The Company may offer a free trial in which you submit a brand name, a spokesperson and a competitor, and receive a summary of the coverage found for them. The trial is offered once per person, requires a company email address and carries no obligation to buy. Coverage summaries are generated automatically from public sources and may be incomplete. The Company may withdraw or change the trial at any time.

4Intellectual property

All content, features, functionality, source code, design, architecture, algorithms, trademarks and documentation associated with the Service are the exclusive property of JETCompany OÜ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for their internal business purposes. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Service without the prior written consent of the Company.

Articles and other press content surfaced by the Service remain the property of their publishers. Clipping Hunter stores metadata and links, and points users to the original source.

5User accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorised use of their account. The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6User data

Users retain ownership of all data they submit to the Service ("User Data"). By submitting User Data, users grant the Company a limited licence to process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. The Company will not sell, share or disclose User Data to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Service. For details on data processing, see the Privacy Policy.

7Acceptable use

Users agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure, to interfere with the operation of the Service, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination.

8Subscription and payment

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with thirty days prior notice to existing subscribers.

9Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service. The total liability of the Company to any user for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by such user in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

12Changes to these terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
